I order new set of center caps from ebay (shipped from California):

They seem to be the same as the Aliexpress ones I ordered before. These seem to be a little tighter fit. I added a small bead of E6000 glue to help keep them on.

Thank you, contributors who answered my question, i will measure the wheel and go shopping for some caps, i also have not seen any change in my MPG....except when my wife drives it.

Ok, so i will need a Dremel tool to make this work if i understand correctly?
