I'd try another dealer if you have another one within a reasonable distance to you.
If you only have the one dealer near you, then you can get the service manager and/or general manager involved.
If they can't/won't help, then call Kia corporate customer service at 1 (800) 333-4542.
If corporate can't/won't help, then it's time to go nuclear (bbb, pitchforks, M80's, legal action, etc.)
