New to the forum

Hello there,
New to this forum but not to my Niro. Iíve had a 2018 PHEV since spring of Ď18. In fact I bought it in Oregon, one of the first in the PNW, and drove it back to the east coast because the PHEV wasnít available here then. That trip contributed to the 23+ thousand miles Iíve put on the car. Iíve had two significant problems with the car, both relating to dead 12 volt battery, which I will ask about in another part of the forum. Cheers!

If you drive your car every few days, you probably don't need the auto recharging option enabled. Some have reported that the battery is less likely to go dead with it off paradoxically. Apparently the auto recharging uses extra voltage increasing vampire 12 volt losses which makes the battery run down faster.
