That is the biggest "issue" with my 2018 Niro Plug-in. I was going to bring it into the dealer. I though maybe something in the front suspension was loose. I can't believe that it is coming from the transmission. Why would it shimmy when slowing down?

So a dual clutch transmission is essentially just a manual transmission that is controlled by a computer. So as it shifts up and down, there may be some firm shifts from time to time, particularly when creeping at low speed. Because creeping may require clutch engagement, the transmission is slipping the clutch, just like a human driver would do in a manual. Like human drivers, sometimes the computer engages or disengages the clutch a little less smoothly. Avoiding creeping at speeds under 10 can help, and accelerating and decelerating smoothly can help. If it doesn't get better with that, take it back to your dealership.
