Lithium batteries are very expensive but I beg to differ on "don't do deep draw well". They do so much better than lead-acid with lower voltage.
You are correct that one should never use the Niro to boost another car. That is best handled by a battery booster pack.
I may have missed it along the way but
I was looking for suitable replacements for our club sailboat to start a diesel with glow plugs and then get about a 15 min charge while we get out into open water and set sail. After eng shutdown, the electrics stay on for the marine radio, depth finder, lights and pumps for three, four, five hours. After another cold eng start, the batteries may get about a 20min recharge on the way back to the barn. I don't recall seeing any lithiums in the pack of candidates not that they would be willing to spring for them given the price. **** they balked at AGM's.

Don't care about this warning, it is only a warning! If I have to wait in my car, I always have the radio (and so the AVN system) on, sometimes for more than 30 min. and I got this message then several times, but the battery doesn't went down in this time ...
Hi, I get this low battery warning with the system on. If your Under warranty check out this teaching on 12v batteries.
If your 12 v is swollen it is unsafe.

In the context of a sailboat, you should be able to find a lithium-ion replacement for a lead acid battery.

BUT, there is a caveat: lithium ion batteries have different charging requirements from lead acid. I have a 10-year old lithium battery (weight, approximately 3 pounds) that I have used in two different motorcycles (I sold the first one), and it's still going strong. To keep it charged over downtime, I use a trickle charger that is designed specifically for lithium ion batteries.

Here is a less expensive alternative to your starting requirement, although I'm not sure about the glow plugs. Get a jump starter lithium battery pack. A few years ago, my neighbor's Chevy truck had a battery so flat that the starter solenoid just clicked. To my amazement, my little jump starter pack started a 6 liter V8 right up. A year later, another neighbor's Honda Odyssey died. Again, the jump starter pack brought a 3.5 liter V6 to life immediately. My neither immediately ordered one.

For a Niro the jump-starter is only necessary to bring the 12V electronics to live. The rest is done via HV battery: e.g. starting the Niro, Airco and charging the 12V battery ...

Right, a jump starter is not needed for a Niro HEV, but could be used other models if the 12V battery is dead. However, my comment was about jump starting a diesel engine in a sailboat.

I have a jump starter (for safety for my first Niro MY2017) :), it's (hopefully) now no longer necessary, because my Niro MY2020 has the battery refresh button ...
But my jump starter is also good for light and to charge smartphones ...
