If you're in Canada, you're in luck.
I spoke to someone in Kia today who let me know they have some PHEVs sitting at the dock and could have one ready in a day or two.

Contact Tony or Peter at Applewood Kia in Surrey BC if you want one and they'll figure it out for you; they also have a branch in Langley.

If I recall what I paid for mine, it was about ($39650+12%tax)-2500rebate.
It's the top of the line loaded model, so if you take into consideration the rebate, getting the PHEV over the regular hybrid is a no-brainer.
Good luck!
