Intermittently the clock on my Niro EV is behind by exactly one hour. I notice it only when I start the vehicle. I do not have the Nav sysytem. I've gone into setting for the clock and tried unchecking GPS and DST. I'm in the Eastern time zone.
Some days the time is correct other times during the day or start of a new day it is incorrect by one hour, eg. real time 9:51 but clock display shows 8:51.
Has anyone else had this problem?
What is the solution?

I had the same issue. I did what you did, unchecking GPS and DST and mine works fine now. I'm close to the central time zone.

Since you have an EX I would suggest bringing it in to the dealer and asking them to update your system since you are not able to do it via update.kia.com

Is it possible this occurs while connecting a device with carplay or AndroidAuto?
You said you're on eastern time but could it be you're close to central time and/or Indiana, which last I heard doesn't do the time changes?
