My wife's 2021 Kia Niro EV Check EV system light is on. The system limits the max charge to 80% when the fault occurs. We have taken it to the dealer 3 times. They clear the memory of the fault and the light clears but comes back on and we can't charge above 80%. The dealer says they have done all of the updates and recalls and have reached out to KIA technical support. I contacted KIA customer service and they say that the dealer can call KIA but the car has to be in the shop to open a tracked technical support request.
