“Universal adapter” HKSB110: Printables
Niro custom: Printables
I was disappointed with the adapter plates that came with my Crutchfield JBL Club 602C/622 speakers, as they are hard to seal and are ~2cm shorter, recessing the speaker further away leaving a large gap that opens behind the panel. I'm no audiophile, but I imagine this is bad as even the stock speakers are sealed at the mount and press into the door panel with mounting foam.
I modeled these for the JBL Club 602/622 specifically. From what I can tell, this will work as-is for all JBL Concert and Club 6.5", except the Club SQ (carbon cone), which has a thicker mounting plate and would use a shorter top piece.
If you're interested and do not have access to a 3d printer (or one that can print ABS/ASA), I'm happy to print 4 sets of these adapters for $40 shipped, including all gaskets necessary/shown in the printables link. If you're interested in other speakers I'm happy to remix the model to match yours, but I would need caliper measured dimensions.
Alternatively, I've done a lot of parts research for this project and figure I could mail you the entire JBL Club 622 speaker assemblies w/ printed parts, connector, and gaskets for a plug-and-play install that would take you ~10 minutes for all 4 doors. 4 assemblies for $240 shipped. (I do not recommend the component variant shown in the picture as the tweeters are much more involved to mount in the factory locations).
