Agreed. My Juicebox pro 40 has the capability of pushing up to 40 A, but the Nero allows only about 7.2 kW which would be more in line with the 32 A. You would have to use a fast charger to get higher.
At home using Juice box pro 40 amp, Niro EV draws about 7.5kw.
At EVGo DCFC which is rated to 50kw, Niro EV only draws about 44kw.
At Electrify America DCFC using a station rated to 150kw, Niro EV draws 52-54kw.
This is my experience in the first 13 weeks of ownership. These are all under good weather conditions.
