I appreciate the info. It is a 2025 HEV and the passenger side doors need a lot of swing to latch. My Torx bits that I got for the Tiguan do not seem to fit the Niro striker plate bolt heads, and I am not sure why.

Back to the dealer - those doors should be perfect when you purchased.
