This Kia is like new - in great shape - and excellent on gas (45MPG - winter to 50MPG -summer).

There is no issue bringing your car with you to Canada as far as I know. The other direction can take some work! A hybrid is invaluable in Canada considering their gas costs.

I can bring it Canada but if I want to import it that would cost 12% GST/PST and 6% duty. I might as well buy it again.

Wow, that's a lot of money! Are you Canadian or American? You may be able to keep US registration and continue to use the car in Canada depending on stuff.
