I doubt it but it would certainly involve purchasing new OEM mirrors from Kia which will be very expensive, like approaching $1,000 with labor. Less expensive would be buying an aftermarket kit and getting someone to install for you. Just a guess, but probably under $300 total. Here is a conversion kit:

It should be able to be wired to your existing rear defroster button.

I want to add the cooling seats feature to my touring launch edition. It only has heated seats. Anyone know if that's possible?

You should be able to buy OEM seats that do both. It will cost a pretty penny! If you are extremely lucky, you may be able to locate a wrecking yard Niro with those seats. Other Kia seats may also be compatible. Consider just getting drivers side if you don't have passenger needs.

You should also be able to buy compatible aftermarket seats for around OEM prices (read also expensive). But they should be more adjustable. One added bonus (at least in my estimation), unlike the OEM, you can get them in cloth. I hate leather seats. They are always too cold or too hot.
