How to replace driver's side headlight in 2019 touring

How do I change the driver's side headlight? Unlike the passenger side, the driver's side has a "high voltage" metal object between the plastic headlight bulb compartment cover and the actual bulb. I can't find anything online showing this object (see picture).

I'm pretty sure the Touring trim for that year has LED headlights, and in most cases LED headlights are not user replaceable. Usually the entire light assembly has to be replaced. They also rarely fail. Depending on the mileage of your car, it might still be under warranty. Worth checking with a dealer to be certain.

My 19 touring in Canada has HID headlights .
