XMXER51,
ON THE 2023 NIRO EV WAVE THER ARE 2 SMAL BUBLES ON THE MIDDLE OF THE DASH ONE LOOKS TO BE A SENSOR OF SUME TYPE AND THE OTHER IS SOME TYPE OF INDICTOR LIGHT.
THIS LIGHT HAS CAME ON SEVERAL TIMES AT WHAT SEEMS TO BE RANDOMLY AFTER PARKING THE CAR THEN THE NEXT DAY OR LATER IN THE DAY IT IS OFF. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS IS FOR AND WHAT IT IS RESPONDING TO. ( THE CAR HAD A GOOD CHARGE AND WAS NOT PLUGGED IN AND WAS LEFT UNLOCKED)
I MUST HAVE MISSED IT IN THE BOOK, COULD YOU TELL ME WHERE THIS INFO COULD BE FOUND. AND IS THERE ANY SETTING TO CONTROL THIS OR IS IT JUST AUTOMATIC WHEN THE SYSTEM THINKS THE 12V BATTERY NEEDS A CHARGE?
it is automatic but i read that it CAN be turned off. im not sure where or if its in the manual. i just read about it in an internet search. the ev6 has it as well. in an online pdf manual it is in sec 1 pages 57-58
