Lost time and radio presets??

I went out to drive my 2023 Niro HEV and I noticed that my XM was on the Preview channel (1) and then I noticed that the time was off by an hour. I checked to see if my XM subscription was current, it was, so I went out and changed the channels and they were there but all my presets were gone and then reset the time. I'm not sure if any other items were changed but why did it do this? Everything seems to be OK with the battery and charging system. Anyone else experience this issue, I sent a message to KIA Connect Assistant but so far no response.

Yup. Happened to me a few weeks ago. Super annoying. My clock didn’t change though.
Here’s my post:

All of my preset radio stations are gone

I went for a drive this morning and all of my preset radio stations are gone. Ugh. Between local and SiriusXM, I probably had about 20 presets. Has anyone else experienced this? I do have the “sync radio station presets” enabled in the Kia Connect app. But I’ve had that setting on since January...

This happened to me about 3 weeks ago. When driving it the time corrected itself and has been fine since. I don't use the radio pre-sets so I don't know if that would have been affected.
