I went in for the 15k service and when I go back my car I noticed that the inverter coolant was below the min line. I called the dealership and they said it is normal for it to be like that because when the car starts driving the coolant will go up. I hope that this is true.

Check it after driving and see what the level is. Working level is the concern. If it is still low after a drive, then yes, it needs added coolant. And a leak check.

I check it and it did move a little bit it’s in the right on the min line, literally.

I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as it stays at a consistent level. If it's always about the same when it's cold even it's a little low like you show in the pic. I think it's ok. If it continues to drop then that's a concern. Mine always stays at the min. level or just a hair below also, but it's always like that.
