What is Covered
Repair or replacement of HYBRID SYSTEM components listed below, originally manufactured or installed by Kia Motor Company, Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia (KMMG) or Kia Motor America (KMA) that are found to be defective in material or factory workmanship under normal use and maintenance, except any item specifically referred to in the section “What is Not Covered”. Towing expense to the nearest Kia Dealership or authorized service location is covered
when the vehicle is inoperable due to a warrantable defect within 10 years from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use, or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first. “Owner’s Responsibilities” and “Obtaining Warranty Service” are the same as specified under the Kia New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Repairs will be made using new Kia Genuine Parts or Kia authorized remanufactured parts.
The Warranty Period
The Warranty period for the following HYBRID SYSTEM components is limited to 10 years from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use, or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
