Hi everyone,

I'm new to this!

I've been checking out the new kia niro, and I love the wide and low concept of this car.

What's your opinion of this car?

What would be Niro's rival for comparison?

Cars like the Mazda CX-3 and even the Jeep Renegade will be rivals and those are some strong rivals since they are the most exciting in the segment. CX-3 has been very well received, already they're out in numbers that make this obvious. With that being said if you haven't seen one yet, stop by your local Mazda dealer. But would the CX-3 interest you?

Thanks for the info ! :)

Indeed, I've seen alot of CX-3 out on the roads. What do you think about the two? I haven't checked out the Jeep Renegade yet...

Design and driving dynamics are two of the biggest. The CX-3 looks sportier and overall better to some people in that area, as for driving dynamics I believe it's just about the sportiest driving CUV in the segment. So if you're looking for those qualities in a CUV, check it out!

Depends on what you're looking for. Heard the CX-3 was sporty but it's not a hybrid. Are you looking for fuel economy on top of performance? The Jeep Renegade isn't a hybrid either.
Yeah I'm looking for fuel economy on top of performance as well.

Any other recommendations that I should check out to have a better side to side comparison of the cars?

What sort of fuel economy and performance figures are you looking for in this?

Performance will be one of my top concerns since when you get to these segments it's not that big of a focus for car makers, all for obvious reasons but we still need it for over taking other vehicles, merging onto the highway, etc.

Indeed.

Well I don't have exact figures in my mind, just trying to base it on reviews from any kia owners.

I do alot of city driving so I would definitely want good gas mileage. Plus the odd occasion of road trips :)
