I just picked up a 2020 NiroEV - as in yesterday - I got everything set up and got the ownership switched over on the Kia Connect side. I even got the software updated so now it’s running Gen 5W. So far so good. But - the modem has no signal so I can’t connect to the car. I can see it the eSIM info and and that looks good but all I see is “Network Status: no network”.
To make it even more frustrating, while I managed to talk to the call center yesterday afternoon around 1pm EST, since then they’ve been unreachable all I get is “call center is currently closed” even though it’s within their stated hours.

Thoughts or possible solutions?

TIA

Have you tried resetting the infotainment center there’s a button next to the volume button on the radio you will an ink pen or paper clip to reset it. If that doesn’t help take your vehicle to the Kia Dealership and have them do a Dealer reset of your infotainment center.
