I just picked up a 2020 NiroEV - as in yesterday - I got everything set up and got the ownership switched over on the Kia Connect side. I even got the software updated so now it’s running Gen 5W. So far so good. But - the modem has no signal so I can’t connect to the car. I can see it the eSIM info and and that looks good but all I see is “Network Status: no network”.
To make it even more frustrating, while I managed to talk to the call center yesterday afternoon around 1pm EST, since then they’ve been unreachable all I get is “call center is currently closed” even though it’s within their stated hours.
Thoughts or possible solutions?
