No trunk liner option for PHEV?

3224 Views 4 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  NorCalNiro
Hiya folks,

I noticed that there's no option for a trunk liner on the PHEV models but this option is on all of the regular hybrid models. What gives? Does anyone know if trunk liners from the hybrid version will fit the PHEV?

Thanks!

It was the same with the Fusion I owned. There was a battery bump that didnt allow the standard trunk liner to fit.

Probably the same issue with your Niro.
Still none available, even on Weathertech, i might be ordering the universal one so i can trim to fit.
The same trunk liner from the HEV will work on the PHEV. The HEV one allows for the subwoofer on the left and the 12v battery on the right.

ah, good stuff, im going to order one and see how it fits. our PHEV models have a small bucket on the side where the subwoofer would of been, no need for a rubber mat to cover it, well i guess it wouldnt since the HEV has subwoofer.

will be posting photos when i get the mat.
