I purchased a 2018 Niro PHEV EX and only received a single smart-key--- I did not receive a 2nd smart key, or even a spare standard manual key. Is that normal or did my dealer forget something? I've e-mailed my salesperson twice since the purchase, asking about whether I was supposed to get a 2nd key, but never got a response.
Every other car I've owned came with two keys, but the last time I purchased a new car was in 2012, and this is my first purchase from the Kia/Hyundai family. Is it now standard to only receive a single key? I'm concerned about the possibility of a dead key fob battery, or misplacing/losing the only key I have.
