The connection between the head unit and attached telephone keeps breaking - screen goes black, music stops, telephone conversation is cut off, and then restarts after a few seconds. This is happening with both android and apple phones. Since this started suddendly on both phones I am disregarding the idea that it may be in either the phones or the cables. Has anyone else had this problems and what are the dealerships saying about it.
