Has anyone experienced this problem? I would love to know how to address it. Sales people were baffled.
UVO support works bankers hours and is hard to reach.

UVO support works bankers hours and is hard to reach.
I've seen that a few times. The app is suspect quality (check the reviews). I always get the real results by either shutting down the app and/or requesting a refresh in the app.

Yes! I am seeing how weird this app it. Took the car which showed all was good in the instruments for a 60 min drive. Came back and all was good. I wish that you could set both the car and the app to read in miles or % of battery like you can in a Tesla. Very confusing.

I also have a 2020 Niro EV. Sometimes the UVO takes a long time to communicate with the vehicle. I've found the UVO not too reliable. It's great when it works.
