Video of the reveal, complete with introduction by a teenage band from the Chicago "School of Rock".

Between the Optima Hybrid, Optima Plug-in, and Kia Niro, Kia really burnished its green credentials at the Chicago Auto Show this year. I'm surprised these debuts were not presented in Los Angeles, where green vehicle debuts are usually held.

Found it weird they got that band to come in but I guess it was probably to target what ever group follows them and the overall age of those people since this will be an attainable vehicle. We'll probably see more of this in some of the brands marketing.
