2020 Niro EV LATE Recall Notice!!!

We just got the Notice of recall 2-6-2023! It seems as though this has been known about way before DEC 2022!
So, with what is being said from a legal standpoint, if you drive the car and are involved in a crash because, let say the KIA Nero stopped and the car was broad sided, you would legally be responsible, because you drove the car knowing the fact that it could be dangerous! Let's hope you weren't killed! BUT, then again if you are reading this you are at least alive, maybe all broken up or brain, spleen, or other organs damaged; you would bear all responsibility for the crash: your vehicle and theirs as you being the negligent party.
Kia Corporate lawyers, probably advised Kia to warn people about the issue, to try to absolve, insulate, from them from responsibilities, in other words PASS THE BUCK in case of lawsuits!
I believe there are 9 or more CPUs, that are cooled by the special KIA Coolant in the drive train. I believe one of the CPU, controls the electronic braking! SO, Check your coolant level daily!

Has anyone else just received the recall notice?

Please note: There are no accidents: they are crashes caused, by a mechanical/equipment failure, or driver error. The driver could be responsible for all three; as the vehicle was/is in his or or possession at the time of the incident, and he or she knowingly, drove a vehicle after being notified of the possible lack of vehicle control dangers involved!

PLEASE NOTE: our 2020 NIRO EV, had a coolant leak into the motherboard for the transmission back in, June 2021, which actually ruined the motherboard; which would not allow the car move out of the carport. Dealer had it for about 5 weeks +. We got it back in Aug 2021. This recall is said to be another ECU (Electronic Control Unit) LEAK. An EPCU, which is basically a just 12 Volt ECU, that could be controlling anything in the Vehicle's ECU dependent systems.
Maybe KIA should be forced to supply all affected KIA EV's owners, with a loner, or a Rental, until their issue is taken care of and guaranteed in writing, that the issue has been resolved and taken care of. How about a Class action Suit?
