The external rear-view mirrors on my 2024 Niro HEV occasionally rotate downward. No warning, I just suddenly have a wonderful view of the pavement. When I reset them they stay reset for an indeterminate amount of time & then droop again. Moving the switch to the center or opposite position after resetting seems to have no effect on when the next droop occurs. Anyone besides me have this happen, or am I just the Pechvoegel (bad-luck bird)?

If your mirror adjusting switch is set to the right mirror, they will tilt down in reverse. They should never do this in any other gear position. And not all trim levels have this feature. Make sure your mirror switch is on center or left and they will not tilt in reverse.
