I paid for Premium Connect support and I still can't get any new Navigation software update either over-the-air or online direct from my phone or PC. My 2023 PHEV just says it is "paused" Where can I get a 2025 navigation update on a memory USB stick to put in my car to update it?

Download the computer application (Windows or Mac) and you can download the update. Don't try to log in, just use the guest access.

That is debatable, and could likely be phone-specific. And @ozwyn01 was referring to traffic info, which I would agree is more up to date on a phone app vs. the in-car system.
