Navigation Updater program does not work

Download the computer application (Windows or Mac) and you can download the update. Don't try to log in, just use the guest access.

 
If it's "paused" then Kia has decided there's an issue with the release so you can't download it. Not much can be done until Kia decides to release it.
 
The built in navigation is much more responsive. It gets input from the car, speed, steering wheel and most likely from the camera.
That is debatable, and could likely be phone-specific. And @ozwyn01 was referring to traffic info, which I would agree is more up to date on a phone app vs. the in-car system.
