Radio quit, possibly after unsubscribing from XM. It is frozen.

2020 about a year ago the radio quit. It may have been at the time that XM was removed. Dealer couldn't fix it and reset multiple time did nothing. Then radio fuse removal for progressively long times has led to a single XM station the is beyond vulgar rap and does not show on screen and that is all the radio does. Any suggestions please. Thanks

That basically sounds like a head unit failure. I can't say it's a very common occurrence, but if something is playing but not visible on screen there's something corrupted in the firmware. Maybe a firmware update will "cure" it, but I have my doubts.
